Quiet Hours

 Hey everyone! 

I wrote two more songs in 2020 which I have recently released. I especially find "A Reason to Sing" one which reminded me to sing, no matter what happened. Many changes happened this year, and I am so thankful that God always gives us a reason to sing. I pray you all are blessed by it as well.

Candle in the Dark

Lord I wanna be candle

To shine in the dark

building the ark

Shining for you in these last days

Bringing you praise 

I wanna be thankful 

I wanna be faithful 

Shining brightly for you

So all might see

They're desperate and needy

For you to reign

My all for Him

For I am nothing without Him

A Reason to Sing

Listen to His voice

Amidst distractions and noise 

He’s seeking to show 

Which way you should go

Even in the mundane 

When life feels the same 

He wants you to know

Although strong wind may blow

You can find Him in everything 

He will always give a reason to sing

He will reveal His will

To those seeking still 

Longing to know Him deeper

Awake O sleeper

Make the most of your time

Walk with Him sublime 

He longs to be with you

Never doubt this isn’t true

His love goes beyond 

Oh hear that sound 

He’s singing above

This isn’t the path I’d have chosen

I’m being crushed, broken

The fog is dense

Nothing makes sense

Yet God promises only the pure

only those seeking

those who are sure

who are persisting

in confidence

will find His face

I’ve been wrestling

but He’s brought me

firmly planted in His love

I want to be near to Him

no matter the cost

I’ve been trapped 

Caught in a lie

I don’t know how

I don’t understand 

But I know when I’m in despair

When I’m hungry and thirsty

Conform my perspective on these trials

May I be more grieved for sinning against you

than for my own worried self and desires
